2022IEO經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)奧賽中國(guó)站學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)，備賽沖擊倒計(jì)時(shí)！

IEO是一項(xiàng)全球知名的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)素養(yǎng)與財(cái)商教育活動(dòng)，獲得了世界各國(guó)的高度認(rèn)可和關(guān)注，也是MIT官方推薦活動(dòng)之一！祝賀晉級(jí)IEOC2022年學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)活動(dòng)的同學(xué)們！今年的活動(dòng)制度稍有變化，整體活動(dòng)含金量更實(shí)在進(jìn)一步提高，期待同學(xué)們將在IEOC2022年學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)活動(dòng)中取得優(yōu)秀成果。IEOC學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)活動(dòng)面向所有完成區(qū)域站且符合對(duì)應(yīng)組別年級(jí)條件的中學(xué)在校生開(kāi)放。

活動(dòng)時(shí)間

IEOC學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)（專業(yè)級(jí)）：
2022年 5月28日-5月29日
第一天：個(gè)人學(xué)術(shù)專題、團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)專題
第二天：團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)專題、結(jié)營(yíng)

IEOC學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)（新秀級(jí)）：
2022年7月15日-7月18日
第一天：報(bào)到
第二天：歡迎儀式、個(gè)人學(xué)術(shù)專題、團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)專題
第三天：團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)專題、結(jié)營(yíng)
第四天：離會(huì)

適合對(duì)象

1、2022年度IEOC區(qū)域站團(tuán)隊(duì)的High Distinction（ Top 10% ） Distinction（ Top 10%~30% ）得主可報(bào)名本次活動(dòng)；
2、2021年度IEOC中國(guó)站新秀組個(gè)人、團(tuán)隊(duì)獲得Grand Gold 或 Gold 獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的學(xué)生可直接報(bào)名本次活動(dòng)。

活動(dòng)形式

活動(dòng)語(yǔ)言：英文參與形式：4人團(tuán)隊(duì)為單位，結(jié)束學(xué)習(xí)后，營(yíng)員將獲得本人專屬學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)報(bào)告。

IEOC學(xué)術(shù)探索營(yíng)（新秀級(jí)）活動(dòng)形式：線下，具體地點(diǎn)另行通知，營(yíng)員食宿統(tǒng)一安排、雙人間、統(tǒng)一管理。

準(zhǔn)備內(nèi)容

BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS??
1. the understanding of McKinsey seven- step analysis.
2. the meaning of corporate strategy, tactics and strategic management
3. the application of Boston Matrix analysis, Porter’s Five Forces analysis and?Prahalad and Hamel’s core competencies analysis.
4. the application of Ansoff Matrix, Force Field Analysis、and simple Force Field?Analysis.
5.the creation of basic business plans

MARKETING?
1. the definition and application of forecasting marketing results
2. the creation of basic marketing plan for new products and new services

ACCOUNTING?
1. the definition and application of some basic financial ratio such as dividend yield, price/earnings ratio,debt/equity ratio, earning per share etc.
2. the creation of basis financial forecasting (pro forma financial statement) for new firm and new?products and new services

HUMAN RESOURCES??
1. the definition and application of staff evaluation
2. the definition and application of effective communication methods
3. the creation of basic organization chart for new firm

OPERATION?
1. the definition and application of quality control
2. the creation of research and development plan for new products and services

PRESENTATION SKILLS
1. the application of presentation skills such as tones, pause and eye contact etc.
2. the application of team work such as delegating and organizing the tasks.
3. the application of PowerPoint design
4. the application of effective delivery such as showing confidence, and presenting?clearly etc.
5.the application of frequent English utterance
