解密國際學校面試（二）

上期我們了解了關于國際學校

面試中經常會被提到的

幾個代表性問題，

那么今天FA姐就來示范一下

如何得體地回答

informational question

What‘s your name?必考題，如實回答就行。自己的名字如果都回答不出來，那我也只能攤手表示同（bi）情（shi）了！樸實范兒：My name is ……

顯擺范兒：My family name is ……，and my given name is ……， which means ……. Oh, by the way, I also have an English name……

無論哪種回答，只要能把自己的大名清清楚楚告訴面試官就算你贏！

Where are you from?屬于個人信息范疇，但不建議只開口拋出一個地名，甚至國家名。曾經有個學生在回答這個問題的時候直接脫口而出“China”，考場在中國，自己長著一張中國臉，來自中國不是顯而易見的事情嗎？這樣的回答只會給人不認真、敷衍的感覺。另外，適當對家鄉進行描述，讓面試官感受到你主動進行交流的誠意以及不俗的英語應用能力。I’m from Hangzhou which is one of the oldest capital cities in ancient China. It’s a wonderful city famous for both the gorgeous scenic spots and cutting-edge high-tech industry.

What do you do in your spare time?貌似無意寒暄問問你平時有什么消遣，實則試探你是否有廣泛或者深入的愛好和研究。千萬別傻兮兮地說平時功課太多，最喜歡在空閑時睡大頭覺！Well，my spare time is filled with all sorts of activities such as playing tennis, painting, playing the piano and so forth. Recently I’m preparing for the second exhibition of my art works in school and all the works will be sold to collect fund for homeless children.

Would you please introduce your family to me?什么樣的家庭教育造就什么樣的孩子。學生的性格、行為習慣、學習能力等都能從這個問題的應答上來側面了解。I’m lucky to be born in a harmonious family. My mother is a paediatrician who deals with sick children everyday. Although she’s quite busy with work, she tries very hard to spend some time with me when she’s off duty. My father is a professor in Zhejiang University. He is knowledgeable and humorous, I always enjoy the moment when he tells a story or teaches me some new concepts of science.

What do you like to know about our school?很多學生為了圖省事，都會回答No. 可是你都對這個學校沒啥想了解的，人家學校還會對你有興趣嗎？所以回答No的孩子們，可長點心吧！Well, you know, I’m quite interested in arts and sports. I wonder if the school offers any related extracurricular activities for students.

注意Note

面對面試官的時候，請盡量放輕松，回答個人信息類的問題時要注意實事求是，并且避免被動回答。適當把話題延展開更能顯示交流的主動性以及良好的語言能力。?
