EPQ是一個(gè)注重過(guò)程評(píng)估的項(xiàng)目，論文的研究結(jié)果并不是重要的評(píng)估標(biāo)的。我們?cè)谥暗奈恼轮杏刑岬竭^(guò)，EPQ的評(píng)估標(biāo)的包括proposal form，activity log，論文以及答辯四個(gè)方面。

英國(guó)官方考試局之所以會(huì)把EPQ項(xiàng)目引入U(xiǎn)CAS評(píng)分體系，就是為了讓大家可以基于我們的A level課程去擴(kuò)展學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)能力，通過(guò)EPQ項(xiàng)目來(lái)體現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)術(shù)素養(yǎng)。例如，針對(duì)所研究方向的研究設(shè)計(jì)、時(shí)間規(guī)劃以及針對(duì)發(fā)生問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì)能力，針對(duì)篩選、組織及分析前人研究、數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)理論的能力等等，更多的是體現(xiàn)我們獨(dú)立的研究能力以及在項(xiàng)目中得到的提升。

因此，EPQ的選題沒(méi)有高低貴賤之分！

過(guò)于高端的課題，一般要借助高端實(shí)驗(yàn)室的資源，也不太符合高中生的研究能力，也許還會(huì)讓考局懷疑我們的研究能力，從而影響分?jǐn)?shù)。
