Pure Math數學課程

數學課程屬于英國GCSE數學的進階課程。不同考試局設置課程的理念較為相似，均考察純數學、力學和統計學。數學課程一般分為兩年學習，第一年學習純數學和統計學，第二年學習純數學和力學。如學生計劃未來學習高等數學課程，則數學課程壓縮在一年內完成。各大考試局對于A*的定義不完全一致，但通常總分在90%以上為A*。英國名校的理工科、金融類、經濟類、心理學類等專業往往對申請者數學有A*的要求。
