應用STAR模型高效面試

“請告訴我們……”或“舉一個……的例子”，面試時這類問題的典型關鍵詞會包括“團隊合作”、“解決問題的能力”、“領導力”、“溝通能力”和“創造力”等。

這就是常見的能力面試問題Competency-based questions。那么，問題來了，如何簡明扼要且有說服力地表達自己的能力，展示具體技能或個人素質？

面試官是用行為回顧式方法來評估候選人現時的能力和潛力，

從過去的行為推斷未來的崗位勝任能力。

比如寶潔八大問題：

【創新力】重點在于突出你創新的想法對于項目的成功非常重要，還有你如何讓這個點子變為現實。

【評估形勢+判斷優先級的能力】這道題考察求職者評估當前形勢并進行優先級判斷的能力，也包含多任務處理能力。重點在于：如何評價當下形勢和現有資源？如何將待辦事項劃分重要性的優先級并將有限的資源合理分配，以達到期望的結果？

【學習力，學習應用能力=潛力】重點是：學習和應用之間要有一個從“技術/理論層面”向“實踐層面”轉化的過程。

這些問題考察重點是你實際做了什么，以及這與你在某一特定能力方面的能力有什么關系。

在確定自己已經充分理解題目之后，再從個人的過往經歷中選取最佳事例來回答問題。事例中的要素都盡可能契合題干的關鍵點。

企業這么說“用工作、志愿活動或課外活動的例子來展示你的技能和經驗與組織的關系。請確保你的例子與評估標準相關，并提及你具體采取的行動，使用“我”而不是“我們”來展示你作為一個個體的潛力。”

STAR邏輯框架可以幫助你更有條理地描述事例

S—Situation情境：實施任務的背景情況（占內容的10%）

T—Task任務：任務的具體內容，如何明確你的任務的 （10%）

A—Action行動：針對這樣的情況分析，你采用了什么行動方式和技能（70%）

R—Result結果：任務取得了什么樣的結果，在這情況下你學習到了什么（10%）

為了便于加深印象，連起來可以理解為：

我在什么樣的背景情況下？

接受了一項什么任務？

為了完成任務，我是采取了哪些行動？

最后獲得什么結果？

要注意要定量、具象化地呈現經歷，這樣才是對結果比較客觀的描述。

TIPS：在說具體你例子之前，可以用一句話概括你這是個什么例子。比如：我舉一個通過XXX最后XXX的例子，一句話就夠了，言簡意賅。

與未來的工作比較貼近的經歷包括：

實習工作、科研項目、學習學術活動、活動組織、生活困境等，

其中實習＞科研＞志愿者＞學校故事（不要用生活中的故事）。

Since last summer I have worked part-time alongside my academic studies as a catering assistant for The London Events Company. I work in a team of four, headed up by an events manager. Recently the team was tasked with completing our annual customer feedback survey.

I attended a team meeting prior to one shift where we divided tasks according to our Graduate Trainee experience and skills. Given my academic background in methodology, I offered to design the survey. I set about this by first reading around best practice in survey design and seeking advice from some academic contacts in my department. I drafted an initial survey and shared this with the team via a presentation in our weekly meeting. I sought feedback from the team and ensured all of the team’s comments and amendments were pooled into the final survey. My role was then to proof read the final draft, correcting any errors and checking back with other team members to ensure accuracy. The other members of the team were responsible for collecting the survey responses. I then offered to analyse and extrapolate trends around customer satisfaction once the data had been collected.

The annual customer feedback survey was completed two days ahead of schedule and was considered successful by the management team. Customer satisfaction was found to have risen by 10% on the previous year.
