三月天陰雨綿綿，而小學的課堂氣氛仍然活力無限。Despite the rainy and gloomy March weather，the classroom atmosphere at Elementary School is still full of vitality.3月4日到8日整整一周的時間，小學部的老師們干勁十足，積極參加了公開課展示活動。
FDIS ES held Open Class Week from March 4 to March 8, providing many lively classes.
學校誠摯地邀請了校內校外各學科組專家、復旦附中本部教研組長、復旦附小老師，以及家委會各年級家長代表前來聽課指導。FDIS invited experts in various subjects from inside and outside of school, heads of department from FDFZ and Fudan Primary School and PTA representatives of each grade to observe our ES open classes.
聽課的老師們認真記錄，開課的老師們風采奕奕，上課的學生們積極互動。
The evaluators watched carefully. The instructors wore poised and lively expressions. Our ES students in class raised their hands actively.
老師們在課后即時交流反饋，探討如何完善課堂。
Teachers exchanged feedback immediately after class to explore how to improve the teaching.
本次小學公開課由專業的技術人員全程錄音錄像，每位開課的老師在課后都將拿到自己課堂的DVD光盤進行反思。ES Open Classes were recorded by professional technicians. And every ES teacher will receive the DVD of open classes for the purpose of teaching reflections.
