天睿英倫國(guó)際公學(xué),引進(jìn)香港蒙特梭利教育集團(tuán)Child Development Philosophy兒童成長(zhǎng)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合中國(guó)國(guó)情,創(chuàng)立了最適合中國(guó)孩子成長(zhǎng)的教學(xué)原則、教學(xué)體系。
Teaching Principal教學(xué)原則
We value a child-centred approach where we promote positive attitudes to learning through nurturing and celebrating diversity, building self esteem and confidence and fostering independence. In the meanwhile, four guiding principles should shape practice in early years settings. These are:
· every child is a unique child, who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured;
· children learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships;
· children learn and develop well in enabling environments, in which their experiences respond to their individual needs and there is a strong partnership between practitioners and parents and/orcarers; and
· children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates. The framework covers the education and care of all children in early years provision, including children with special educational needs and disabilities.
我們重視以孩子為中心的教育方法,通過(guò)培養(yǎng)和鼓勵(lì)多樣性,讓孩子建立自尊自信,鍛煉孩子的獨(dú)立能力,從而使孩子對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)保持積極的態(tài)度。同時(shí),早教教學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循以下四個(gè)指導(dǎo)原則:

Teacher ratio師資配備
The public school implements the management mechanism of dual class teachers both at home and abroad, so that the operation of the park is standardized and the curriculum management at home and abroad is effective. Each class is equipped with two teachers and one guarantee, which ensures the individual attention to children's education and the practical effect of education in both Chinese and western culture.
