My tips on a healthy diet

As the famous saying goes “Happiness lies first of all in health”, I made a plan on my daily diet, combining it with my common knowledge. They are as follows:

1. Drink some warm water in the early morning to add water in the body.

2. Have a good breakfast in order to supply the needed energy.

3. Drinking some soup before meals is just like warming up before exercise, which is well prepared for dinner.

4. Mix meat, vegetables and food together and they will have better nutrition.

In a word, keeping a balanced diet is a good way to stay healthy. Having enough fruit and vegetables every day can get the doctors away. I’m now happy and healthy for above tips.
