小朋友，你們喜歡聽故事嗎？在Preschool，外教老師每天都會(huì)給我們講許多有趣的英語(yǔ)故事。在故事中，我們穿過(guò)神秘的叢林，看到善良的精靈，獲得能量去戰(zhàn)勝困難。如今，我們也是講故事的小能手了。
為了給我們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)展現(xiàn)自我的舞臺(tái)，Preschool開展了英語(yǔ)故事大賽。我的小伙伴們都積極參與，這真是提高口語(yǔ)能力、讓我們信心倍增的好方法！
To enhance the confidence and speaking skills of the students, Shangde Preschool organised a storytelling competition. Practicing telling English stories in front of classmates is a great way for our students to build confidence and improve their oral English skills

Preschool的小朋友全部參加了本次英語(yǔ)故事大賽，每個(gè)人的表現(xiàn)都很棒！各班首先選出了5位小選手，他們?cè)谡n堂上大顯身手。最終，通過(guò)全班同學(xué)的投票，每班選出2名決賽選手參加大賽。
This competition began as a school activity involving all our students. Everyone did a wonderful job and five students from each class went onto the next round. These students got the chance to tell their stories again in front of their classes and each class voted for two finalists based on their performances.

我的小伙伴真是八仙過(guò)海各顯神通，他們用自己的方式使故事更加生動(dòng)有趣。各班啦啦隊(duì)也是熱情高漲，為我們帶來(lái)驚喜連連。
These young story tellers used a variety of props to make their stories interesting and expressive.The teachers and judges were amazed by the enthusiasm and passion displayed by the students.
開場(chǎng)舞的小舞者們?yōu)槲覀兎_故事的第一章。從前有一位面包師，他無(wú)兒無(wú)女。一位女巫讓他和妻子用童話世界里的魔法來(lái)解除詛咒。小朋友，我們快來(lái)幫幫他們！咦？杰克、灰姑娘、小紅帽，你們都來(lái)了！讓我們一起穿過(guò)森林，解除魔咒，尋找幸福吧！
The opening performance was a finely choreographed dance routine based on the story“Into the Woods”. A story about a witch who tasks a childless baker and his wife with procuring magical items from classic fairy tales to reverse the curse put on their family tree. The dance included the main characters from the fairytales “Jack and the Beanstalk”,“Cinderella”and“Little Red Riding Hood”

Goldilocks and three bears
一個(gè)年輕的女孩偶然間發(fā)現(xiàn)了一所房子，里面竟住著一群不同尋常的人，他們之間會(huì)發(fā)生怎樣的故事呢？來(lái)看看Jerry和Linda演繹的經(jīng)典童話故事《金發(fā)公主和三只小熊》。
Jerry and Linda gave their own take on the classic fairytale, ‘Goldilocks and the three bears’. This is a classic fairytale about a young girl who happens upon a house, with some very unusual residents.
The magic fish
Ivy和Bond為大家講了一個(gè)神奇的故事——《魔法魚》。 如果你有一條“魔法魚”，會(huì)用來(lái)做什么呢？
Ivy and Bond from class B, told a story called “The magic fish”. This is a magical story about a man and his grandson finding a very special fish, with some very special powers.
Preschool Stone Soup
分享是一種神奇的東西，它使快樂增大，它使悲傷減小。彼此間如何分享呢？Hanks和Zoey來(lái)告訴你，他們講的故事是《Preschool石頭湯》。
Hanks and Zoey, from Class C, told a story called “Preschool Stone Soup”. This is a story about how a clever preschool student taught a town in Canada about sharing.
The Lion & the Little Mouse
Helen和Johnny為我們講述了《獅子和老鼠》的故事。獅子很強(qiáng)大嗎？老鼠很弱小嗎？不一定哦！我們要善待他人，凡事都不以貌取人。
Helen and Johnny told the story “The Lion & the Little Mouse”. This story outlines the importance of being kind to others, and also to never judge a book by its cover.
The Sun and the Wind
小朋友，如果同伴間產(chǎn)生誤會(huì)，你會(huì)耐心勸說(shuō)？還是互不相讓？Elly和Rita為我們講述《太陽(yáng)和風(fēng)》的故事，它告訴我們溝通往往比強(qiáng)迫更為有效。
Elly and Rita recited the exciting and ever so delighting tale of “The Sun and the Wind”. A tale of brazenness, mischief and ultimate humility.

無(wú)論是啦啦隊(duì)還是決賽的小選手，他們的自信、他們的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)，都令人贊嘆！有努力就會(huì)有收獲，恭喜所有獲得團(tuán)體獎(jiǎng)和個(gè)人獎(jiǎng)的小朋友。

一分耕耘，一分收獲。本次英語(yǔ)故事大賽將會(huì)是我們難忘而又美好的回憶。
We saw some wonderful performances and everyone did an excellent job in making this a very memorable day.
